Pilates - Yoga Exercise Sessions, prepared specifically for the individual characteristics, physical fitness levels and needs of our clients, aim to minimize our clients' muscle pain and tension, improve factors such as optimizing their joint range of motion, improving their mobility and postural awareness levels. It also aims to change the high stress and low mood levels that our clients are exposed to during daily work.
